About the film

The climate and nature crisis threatens all aspects of British life, from national security to the food supply. Solutions exist. The National Emergency Briefing was commissioned to present the latest evidence, and to build an irresistible call for the Government to stage a televised emergency briefing: the essential first step towards the urgent, large-scale response now required.

In November 2025, the Briefing brought together leading experts to present evidence to politicians and influential figures in Westminster. That evidence is now on the public record. This film brings it to you.

Why we're hosting this screening

The 50-minute National Emergency Briefing film, combining authoritative scientific content from the Westminster event with reactions from members of the public and familiar faces, designed to help audiences process the information on a human level.

6:50pm – Q&A
A facilitated discussion and Q&A session, focused on what the evidence means and what comes next.

Time to continue the conversation over drinks before the evening closes.
