The role

As a Climate Success Manager, you will play a vital and senior role in supporting our corporate clients to combat climate change and promote sustainable practices. Utilising a combination of 51-0’s platform based tools and processes, you will help manage clients through their sustainability journey.

The successful candidate will take the lead on managing strategic client relationships, acting as their trusted sustainability advisor . This role offers a unique opportunity for personal and professional growth while contributing to the global fight against environmental challenges.

Key Responsibilities:

Client facing:

  • Act as the key contact and consultant for large corporate clients and key accounts as they utilise our platform and advisory services. Including technical and project management style support to ensure product and service satisfaction.
  • On-board new clients and manage the continuous collection, analysis, and input of GHG accounting data to provide insightful carbon footprints via our platform.
  • Development of net zero targets and strategies, guiding clients through managing their climate initiatives via our platform.
  • Ownership, preparation and presentation of reports, including managed services for disclosures such as SBTi, CSRD, SECR, CDP and EcoVadis.
  • Contract management and business development throughout the lifecycle, including SoW adjustments, service upsells and renewals.
  • Be present on industry body working groups, forums and events to help expand industry knowledge and presence.

Internal:

  • Lead and mentor junior consultants where applicable, ensuring quality, rigour, and client satisfaction.
  • Stay up-to-date with regulatory changes and industry standards related to climate policies, carbon disclosures, and GHG reporting.
  • Work as a liaison between the customers and the development team to provide thought leadership on roadmap features, customer feedback, and new product releases.

Qualifications & Attributes
Required

  • Experienced in sustainability consulting, carbon accounting, or ESG (typically 5–10 years in the field)
  • Confident managing complex client relationships at senior/executive level.
  • Strong on frameworks and compliance (SECR, CSRD, SBTi, TCFD, GHG Protocol)
  • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret and present complex data effectively.

Key Responsibilities

Client facing

  • Act as the primary point of contact for key accounts, building senior-level relationships and ensuring long-term satisfaction
  • Run structured account reviews (including QBRs) to demonstrate value, track progress against client goals and align on future priorities
  • Partner with Climate Success Managers to ensure seamless delivery of technical outputs and high client engagement
  • Identify and progress opportunities for account growth, including service expansions, renewals and upsells
  • Act as the client’s advocate internally, ensuring feedback and priorities are shared with product, success and leadership teams

  • Collaborate closely with delivery and product teams to ensure client needs are met

Sales and Marketing executive

Join our sales and marketing team in a wide and varied role, covering various top of funnel marketing lead generation and sales lead qualification tasks. The role is critical in maintaining and growing a healthy pipeline of opportunities for the business, accelerating our go to market and making a difference.

Company:
We are a fast-growing venture backed start up with a mission to significantly reduce the world’s carbon emissions. We offer a world-class B2B SaaS platform with climate advisory, with a unique market positioning. We work with medium and large corporates to measure their footprint, help them plan their net zero pathway and enable them to rapidly reduce their emissions. You’d be joining a fast growing, top performing, deeply motivated and highly energetic team.

Role:
Joining our sales and marketing team, the role is wide and varied, covering various top of funnel marketing lead generation and sales lead qualification tasks. The successful candidate will have at least two years’ experience in the sustainability sector. They must have the ability to  work in a fast growing, venture backed start-up. This means having the ability to work by yourself when necessary albeit with regular interactions with your manager, the team and the agency.  It also means that the ideal candidate will be objective driven, engaging and team oriented. They will need to be agile in their thinking, working on the priorities that can emerge quickly.

We are a small and growing team, with a dynamic fast-paced, can-do culture.  If you just want a job this is not for you.  You should see this as a stepping stone to an amazing future.  As the sales and marketing team grows, the person will have multiple opportunities to grow with it, or into other areas of the company. Location:

Role Tasks

  1. Market research and lead generation. Use our agency, events and multiple on-line sources to identify and connect with potential targets and leads. Some marketing experience would be useful, but not essential.
  1. Sales qualification.
    Handle the first stage inbound enquiries and qualify them.  Some sales experience would be useful, but not essential.
  1. Marketing logistics and tracking.
    Work with the team to monitor the leads coming in from all channels (e.g. emails, events, social channels and search).
  1. Partner.
    Working with the leadership team, the person will be involved in relationship building and onboarding. 
  1. Events
    The right candidate will be able to represent us at industry or partnership events. The qualities required here are the ability to understand and ‘live the brand’ (what it means to be part of 51-0), engage with people, to network before, during and after the event, to follow up leads tenaciously and professionally after the event , to be able and committed to attend the event early to set up and prepare. Depending on the experience of the candidate, other tasks may include…
  1. Marketing tech
    The right candidate will be comfortable using technology.  Some experience of CRM/sales opportunity management would be useful but not essential. We use Pipedrive to manage opportunities which is easy to learn.
  1. Lead generation
    An ideal candidate would have used internal Martech to generate leads (typically from LI, email). This is not a critical requirement, but would be a useful additional asset.
  1. Potential
    We are looking to scale into a sales and marketing team.  We’d like the candidate to challenge the status quo, review what competitors are doing and offer ideas to improve the sales and marketing process or the product.  We love challenge!  The right candidate will have the potential to be a key part in this growing team, helping to recruit and train team members and take a management role within the team.

Revenue Marketing Lead

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Revenue Marketing Lead to spearhead our inbound marketing efforts, driving revenue growth through innovative content strategies and effective lead qualification for our Sustainability SaaS and Climate Advisory solutions.

This is a hands-on role for someone who understands the reality of building a demand generation marketing engine and growing a brand in a hands-on startup environment, using growth hacking techniques. You’ll own the inbound marketing strategy, shape our market presence, and work closely with Sales, Partnerships and Client Success to generate pipeline and help turn it into real outcomes.

This is a chance to accelerate your career by building something meaningful with autonomy, visibility and a clear route to senior leadership. You’ll report directly to the Head of Sales.

What you’ll be responsible for:

Inbound Marketing Strategy

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive inbound marketing strategy tailored to attract, engage, and convert target audiences for our SaaS and Advisory solutions.
  • Design and run campaigns that convert target Mid-Market and Enterprise accounts into meetings and SQLs.
  • Create a nurturing process for leads who are not ready to buy yet, for example via newsletters or key account campaigns.
  • Working closely with Sales, Partnerships and Customer Success to ensure marketing activity directly supports revenue goals.
  • Monitor and report on the effectiveness of inbound marketing campaigns, content performance, and lead qualification processes.

Content, channels and campaign execution

  • Lead internal teams and external agencies to produce compelling, high-quality content that aligns with our brand voice and business objectives.
  • Manage the content calendar to ensure timely and consistent delivery of content across main channels, including LinkedIn.
  • Develop customer research to gauge insights for content and PR, in collaboration with the wider team.
  • Work with Client Success to surface case studies, testimonials and proof points.
  • Own our approach to events, podcasts, webinars and panels.
  • Maintain our website content and generate traffic through various strategies, including utilising SEO and SEM best practices.
  • Run email communications linked to webinars, events and campaigns, including follow-ups and simple segmentation.
  • Create and maintain lightweight marketing assets (pages, decks, case studies) that support sales conversations.
